Brief Description

The Solomou Square is the central and largest town square where most cultural events are held.
A copy of original statue of the national poet Dionysios Solomos stands there, which was the work of the Athenian sculptor George Brutus.
Remarkable buildings rebuilt following their pre-earthquake format, and the church of St. Nicholas of Molos surround the paved square.
